ECMA's TR/70 voluntary product declaration standard identifies and defines the environmental attributes related to ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and CE (Consumer Electronics) products, during their entire life cycle, from conception to end-of-life treatment.
The product does not have to comply to fixed requirements, rather the declaration reports the product's performance.
