Environmentally Friendly Label: Croatia

Environmentally Friendly Label: Croatia logo

The main objective of awarding the Environmental Label is the promotion of products with a reduced adverse environmental impact as compared to other equivalent products. Awarding of the Environmental Label was established to promote development of new (eg. low-waste) technologies, production and consumption of products less adverse to the environment, pollution reduction and a more economical management of raw materials and energy. It promotes concern for environmental and consumer protection. It has mostly been used for products, but now we are introducing it for services too.
